Thierry was CEO at Darty Plc from 2009 to 2013. He previously headed various subsidiaries of Kering (ex PPR Group) such as CEO of Redcats Group, CEO of Pinault Bois et Matériaux, Managing Director of Prisunic and CEO of Transcap Logistique

Meanwhile, Thierry has accumulated extensive experience in M&A and financial engineering at Kering as Director of Strategy and Development, and previously at JP Morgan and Pallas Finance. He has participated in over 100 M&A transactions during his career

He began his career in M&A within the financial institutions group of Deutsche Bank

Marie-Charlotte has more than 20 years of experience in M&A

Prior to joining Vulcain, Marie Charlotte spent most of her career in the Corporate Finance department of BNP Paribas in Paris, where she took part in the origination and execution of numerous mid-caps transactions in various industries (consumer, B2B distribution & services, IT, healthcare …). Marie-Charlotte also spent several years in Brazil (2008-2012), where she worked for a Brazilian ecommerce startup in charge of fund raising, and for Caravel Corporate Finance an independent M&A boutique

Benoît has 25 years of banking experience in structured finance departments (real estate, leveraged buy-out, special situations) and in M&A, and actively participated in complex structuring on mid/large caps transactions.

More recently, Benoit advised third-party funds in real estate transactions and was president since 2018 of a real estate asset management company agreed by the AMF in France.

Prior to joining Vulcain, Benoit spent most of his career in the banking industry at BNP Paribas in real estate and M&A department, and at RBS, co-leading the Leveraged Buy-Out team in Paris and leading the special situation department.

Benoît has more than 14 years of experience in M&A / Corporate Finance.

In 2020, he founded Tao Partner, a boutique specialized in Corporate Finance (M&A, LBO, Fundraising) focusing on tech and FIG companies for M&A and capital raise operations.
Tao Partner merged with Vulcain in 2023. Formerly, Benoit worked at Cambon Partners, BNP Paribas Securities Services and BNP Paribas CIB where he was deputy director of the Corp Dev team.
He has completed more than 40 transactions (acquisition, sale, JV and own investments) in 14 countries.
